For Real Estate Japan, we created targeted social media content to help them reach and educate foreigners interested in buying property in Japan. Through house tours, short educational videos, and summit coverage, we strengthened their positioning as a trusted guide in the Japanese real estate market.
Challenge
Making property in Japan accessible for foreigners
Real Estate Japan specializes in helping foreigners confidently navigate Japan’s real estate market. Their mission is clear: to make buying property in Japan transparent and stress-free for everyone.
Although they were active on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, their content was not yet reaching the right audience. Their social presence lacked direction, and they had not clearly identified or engaged their ideal target group online.
They needed content that would attract, educate, and build trust with foreigners who are seriously considering buying property in Japan
Strategy
We began by identifying the right audience segments and analyzing what type of content would genuinely help them. Instead of generic real estate posts, the focus shifted to practical, informative, and trust-building content.
We produced long-form house tour videos that gave viewers a realistic look at properties in Japan. These videos helped potential buyers understand pricing, layout, and location in a clear and accessible way.
In addition, we created short-form educational content covering topics such as how to buy a house in Japan and what you need to know before purchasing property as a foreigner. These videos addressed common questions and reduced uncertainty around the buying process.
We also produced content around their annual Real Estate Summit, featuring 11 speakers, more than 10 companies, and over 100 attendees. The summit content highlighted expert talks and panel discussions from leading voices in Japanese real estate, strengthening their authority and credibility in the market.
Throughout the process, we supported them in defining their social strategy, refining messaging, and creating content that truly resonates with their target audience.
Results
More than 20 videos were produced across platforms, generating over 1,000 views and helping Real Estate Japan move closer to the right audience.
More importantly, the content positioned them as a reliable and knowledgeable guide for foreigners looking to invest in property in Japan. Their social media presence became more focused, informative, and aligned with their mission of transparency and trust.
