About me
Ids Wijnja studied abroad during the fall semester of 2023 at Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakata, Japan. It was a life-changing experience—one that sparked a deep love for the country and its culture. Today, he regularly creates content for inspiring creators, always looking for real stories that connect people across cultures.
Borderless (@alifeinjapan) was founded in 2025 by Ids Wijnja during his studies in the Netherlands. The project started as a graduation assignment, with the goal of helping foreigners who want to move to Japan. After graduating, Ids continued to produce video content about living, working, and studying in Japan—always with a sarcastic, goofy Dutch twist that makes the journey a little lighter and a lot more fun.
