Brand Storytelling
Content Strategy
We support Oguzhan, founder of Kumori Studios and the first-ever recipient of Japan’s J-Find Visa, in building his personal brand through strategic content creation. From editing to full content development, we help shape videos, podcasts, and storytelling formats that inspire solo entrepreneurs and foreigners dreaming of living and working in Japan.
Challenge
Sharing the blueprint for life in Japan
Oguzhan, founder of Kumori Studios — a media production and event planning company — reached out for support in growing his personal social media presence. Although separate from his business, his personal brand plays a key role in inspiring foreign entrepreneurs who want to build a life in Japan.
As the first person ever to receive the J-Find Visa, Oguzhan built his company from the ground up in Tokyo. After several years of living and working in Japan, he wanted to share his experiences, lessons, and insights with other solo entrepreneurs and international creatives who dream of doing the same.
The challenge was to turn his unique journey into consistent, engaging, and informative content that stayed true to his personality while delivering real value to viewers.
Strategy
We began by supporting Oguzhan through video editing for his early content, but as the collaboration developed, the role grew into full content guidance. Today, we work closely with him on shaping both his short-form and long-form strategy, developing ideas that align with his story, his interests, and the needs of his audience.
This includes shaping educational content — such as “Everything You Need to Know About the J-Find Visa” — designed to help people understand the steps required to live and work in Japan. We also highlight the everyday reality of his entrepreneurial life, balancing helpful information with a tone that stays light, energetic, and relatable.
We help craft ideas, refine narratives, oversee visual style, and mentor him throughout the entire content creation process. On top of that, we support the production of his podcast, primarily through editing and helping shape the overall direction.
The goal: make serious topics feel approachable, build trust, and strengthen his personal brand as a guide for foreigners interested in Japan’s creative and business landscape.
Results
Together, we’ve built content that’s not only engaging, but genuinely useful for people wanting to move to Japan. The videos and podcast episodes help viewers navigate visas, entrepreneurship, and life abroad — all while presenting Oguzhan’s story with clarity and personality.
The content has strengthened his brand visibility, increased audience trust, and supported countless viewers who are considering making the move to Japan themselves.
